strong trade mark.
Board of C-port GmbH and Shareholders acquired the well
known trade mark LOUDA SYSTEMS in Germany with
its unique product range for all kind of plastic cards
manufacturing machines (credit cards, prepaid cards, passports,
driving licences, smart cards, telefon cards, ID cards)
including some essential assets like patents, drawings,
tools, sales, service and licenses of LOUDA SYSTEMS
to work with.
C-port GmbH also bought the shares of doughter-company
and its worldwide service business as a base for expanding
in automation industry.
LOUDA GmbH with sales and spareparts supply will
be installed as an independent company and acting from
locations in Europe. LOUDA GmbH will continue their
succesful development with R & D, Production, Service
and Installation departments. |
